Pipe Paddocks:
24x24=$580.Per Mo $625.Seasonal
16x24=$525.Per Mo$580.Seasonal
Daily Rate=$100.
Barn Stalls
12x16=$1100. Per Mo$1250.Seasonal
12x12=$980.Per Mo$1000.Seasonal
Daily Rate=$100.
Any horse over 16 hands will be charged an additional $50. Per month to cover extra feed and stall maintenance.

Blanketing=$80. Per Month
Turn Out/Bring in=$120. Per Month
Trailer Storage 2 horse=$100. monthly
Trailer Storage 3+=$130.monthly
Local Hauling=$2.50 Mile/$100. Min
Sales Commission 10% on Sales
Stalls are rented EITHER by the month OR by the day. If you have a monthly rental agreement you will not recieve a refund if you leave before the end of the month. Daily rates are for short term board and are as quoted above
All board is due by the 10th day of the month or late fees will be applied to account.
All guests will be expected to know the rules and exercise common courtesies at the ranch.
